Membership Subscriptions allow you to get both Remote Support and On-Site support at a lower cost, but at a higher rate of priority. Each member also has a choice of two semi-annual service options for each workstation covered. Your options are as follows: 

 
Data Backup
Virus Removal
Workstation Tune Up
One-Hour On-Site Credit
One-Hour Remote Service Call


Members are able to choose two of any of the above options, or two of the same options if they so choose. All service options are provided as a 1-hour service, and will be performed on every workstation covered under your membership. Your total balance will auto renew each month on the date you placed your order.
